For me, the first DEAD BOYS disc, 'Young Loud and Snotty' pretty much defines Punk Rock for me. It's got it all from awesome songs, arrogance, defiance... Stiv was still the best frontman Punk has seen and, for the musos, check out the guitar solo in 'Not Anymore' - never heard one like it. The follow-up disc was no slouch either.

Love this shit for sure. They were my favorite band for a very long time. I'm more into Rocket From The Tombs these days but Young, Loud & Snotty and We Have Come For Your Children are fuckin' classics.

Yep, RFTT was pretty smokin too - guess you got that double disc that was released a while back?? Snag is, they missed the vital ingredient Stiv Bators!! Punk personified! You seen that DEAD BOYS live 77 DVD?

You don't have any kinda copy of 'Young, Loud...' Mike? Or you just wanting the vinyl version? Let me know. There's also the original mix version, 'Younger, Louder, Snottier' that was not slowed down or 'polished up' as the final/ official was.

I've got The Day The Earth Met The Rocket From The Tombs CD. I haven't heard the stuff they've brought out since because I'm not really into the whole reunion deal. Peter Laughner was amazing I dig his style a lot more than Stiv's and its not really the Tombs without him. Not sayin' Stiv was a slouch or anything cuz he wasn't by any means the motherfucker was a lunatic with a great set of pipes!
Been wanting to see the DVD for ages!

Younger, Louder and Snottier is great, fuck that cover with them all standing there with their cocks hidden between their legs is killer

No, I don't Young, Loud or Snotty at all! I'd love to have a copy though... :) Last time I heard that was back in '88 when I was living in a warehouse and my flatty had a copy of it... and Dead Centre was forming...
