Definately my favourite band. Mush is probably my favourite ever album.

Intelligent, raging, melodic yet powerful; blazing live too.

I love the whole sound that came from them: Hot Water Music + No Idea, Newest Industry, all the Snuffy Smile stuff.

Ya can't go wrong with 'Mush' - classic in every sense of the word. I remember seeing the band on the 'Compact and Bijou' tour when they played at Ipswich - awesome night and one that, maybe, they never really matched. You got that solo Frankie Stubbs 10" that appeared some time in the late 90s? Depressing as fuck... :cry:

Never seen them live. What I've heard of Hot Water Music doesn't grab me in the same way as any Leatherface. Admittedly I haven't heard that much of HWM.

Yeah, they reformed fairly recently. They're playing the Gainsville fest on Oct 31 this year.
