I missed the first band who I heard were good but that's not saying much, punk'n'roll by any means
Vicious Rumour(Napier) good Nu wave Streetpunk, yea they're good but I like The Bali Bombers from(Palmy) better, it's more straight to the point but the guitarist was aws, they'll sell millions and I was singing along so wotdo I know, yes I'm an idiot, break my finger and I'll still fart.
Last Orders(AK) CD RELEASE(lucky they told me or I mighta got the month wrong and everything.) haha, I have the CD so I could sing along, punk pub rock, I have to say though their fast songs excited me much more while their slower slongs almost put me inna coma and I like Saints ballads, so much so that I'd almost forgotten they'd played, ie: play fast old skool, your great at it, leave mum at home etc, either way they are bloody good and no denial.
The Bludgers(Hamilton)unashamebly Oi! which is noiice, Drummers mean, new Bassist player looks the part, acts the part and can play hey! Mike the lead singer was drunk as fuck and complaining he'd got outta the wrong sidea the bed that morning so I brought him a beer so nothing 'happened' haha but fuck have they got a full sound for a 3 piece, Oi!!!!!
Gripper(Nelson) PUNK, Neil the frontman was drunkasaskunk, he shuda been, it was past his bedtime, no, must stop being so cheeky, might have to get counselling, drive the mental hospital mad, wotya reckon, oh yea sorry, Short Fast Songs that aren't the latest Thrash phase or isn't that cool anymore, c I'm a bit overexcited, I'm not hot for them or nufing, thier songs are just punk as fuck and thats what I like inna band, so G.A.G.F!, they have got better with all the support slots they've been playing for the likes of The Anti-Nowhere League and UK Subs et al, buy the CD and steal I mean buy the T-Shirt and you'll see what I mean.
I am a sober coont these dayz and it was rugby night, I did try to find the next party which I kinda stumbled across but drunx drag thier feet slower than a grandma on heat haha, all good it was all good *bows.
