I have an old stand alone Fostex CD writer (like a tapedeck, only a CD writer) that's good for recording records onto CD... but I can also do it using my computer! As long as you have stereo inputs on your computer and a suitable program (there's many available for free to download, which would do the job) you should be able to sort something out...
