I've never drunk the shit in my intire life! Quit and become one of the few! Ha ha, and then you can watch all the coffee powered citizens madly rushing around... and in their SUV's with a couple of cellphones to their ears!

When I had to get an ambulance a few weeks ago for those heart pains I had, one of the first questions I was asked was about coffee drinking!! Not a big drinker of the stuff at the best of times, but that sure made me think again.

How many cups a day Phleg? I read an age ago about a test where a heap of cups were drunk in a single 24-hour time frame and it induced hallucinations. Dunno if it was a good trip or a bad trip, but I'm guessing there were several trips to the loo!!

I'm about the same. I was thinking of cutting back myself but I really rely on it if I have to get up early.

Me too. Until recently it used to be Milo but I decided tea was better for me and has started to appeal more.

Not so big on green tea though. Mainly because the stuff I drank while living in Asia made me extremely hyper.

Tea gets my vote too. Dunno about Green Tea - being a Pom I go for the tried and tested English Breakfast variety!! Only a splash of milk though (like.. a teaspoon) and no sugar. I enjoy a cup after a few (too many) beers (or whiskies) too - certainly seem to hydrate and relax me better than coffee.
