* 173 dead (at least)
* 24 blazes remain out of control
* Possibe cost of $500 million
* 5000 homeless
I kinda think those prospected tallies are gonna be a lot higher too. And it's suggested that the arsonists who started them are possibly the same people who lit the Gippsland fires at Delburn last week and the blaze at Churchill on Saturday that killed at least 19.
Tragic stuff - if those arsonists are caught - what d'ya reckon should happen?
A taste of their own maybe??
